“Aceptable”

The house is very pretty. If you’re only staying one day, or if you don’t have a vehicle, I don’t recommend it; it’s hard to get there from the train station.

One of the best accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, both in the bedroom, the bathroom, and the living room. In the kitchen, you’ll find plenty of options to make coffee, tea, and other hot drinks. In addition, you can choose the type of breakfast you want as well as the time you’d like to have it. The property is very secure, with a coded gate at the entrance and a second front door before you reach the apartment itself. Our experience was taken to another level thanks to the outstanding service and help we received from the incredibly kind owner, Virginia. She allowed us to park our broken scooter in the house’s yard for an entire month until the transport company came to collect it, and she provided us with all the information and guidance we needed about the city. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

I had an outstanding stay, earning a perfect 10/10. The property was flawless—spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was quiet and pleasantly scented. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming right from the start. The location was ideal and the check‑in was lightning‑fast. It’s clear they’re passionate and professional. Truly amazing! There was nothing to complain about; everything was perfect from start to finish. No room for improvement.

“Good property, bad experience.”

The room was comfortable and the place felt secure, with entry codes and keys for each door. The host was at best okay; she seemed nice but we felt uneasy with her handling our belongings. Our flight was delayed, we arrived late at midnight, and she greeted us and explained everything. She told us we’d need to change rooms the next day, which was fine. We woke up, left to explore the city—quite far—and she kept asking when we’d return. We hurried because we were almost two hours away and didn’t want to be a bother, even though we’re on a trip and should be free to stay out late. When we got back, even though we’d locked the door, our items were already in the other room; we had personal stuff we didn’t want touched, yet she did anyway, which made us very uncomfortable. The next day we left our toothbrushes in the bathroom, and when we arrived they were in the room; we’d locked the new door and she entered without letting us know first. She didn’t take anything, but it was still unsettling. Most days while we were there, someone tried to get into the room and knocked the door in the morning. She had a camera aimed directly at the bathroom, which was also unacceptable.

We couldn’t get in at all. We arrived with a confirmed reservation and were not received.
