We didn't stay because the first room’s mattress and cover were filthy; after they moved us to another room, it was just as nasty. Thankfully I chose to pay when I arrived.

The staff were friendly, rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was within walking distance of many fun spots. However, they claim to have a pool and jacuzzi, but you have to walk across the street and down about a block to another hotel, which was disappointing.
