استمتعت بتعامل الطاقم معي رغم حجزي للغرفه في وقت قريب (قبل ٣ ساعات) وطلبت طلب خاص وتم تنفيذه بسرعه قبل وصولي للفندق ، طلب تزين الغرفه لعيد ميلاد مع كعك وتم تجهيزه بسرعه قياسيه
