Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The stay felt very homey and relaxing. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The owner’s son let us play indoors and outdoors, which was a lot of fun. The owner’s friendly cat was very affectionate and cute. As a guest house, the facilities are reasonable for the price.

The couple running the guest house were fantastic, friendly, and personable, making it feel like visiting a family friend. We had a last‑minute travel hiccup and they arranged a shuttle from Toyama airport for a reasonable fee. The homemade meals were excellent and great value, and they asked when we wanted them ready to fit our schedule. A mischievous cat named Chita was a highlight, though those with cat allergies should be warned—they’re eager to get into your business and know how to open sliding doors. The price was very reasonable for the area, and they suggested a short walk to the fancy Morinokaze hotel for its excellent onsen. We were in the summer for the Alpen Route, and there are several small ski resorts nearby with a chairlift right next door, making it a cozy spot for a winter retreat from Toyama. The guest house is not a fancy hotel; it’s a Japanese‑style minshuku with tatami rooms and futons, so if that’s not your thing, expect to pay more elsewhere. On a map it looks close to Tateyama Station where the Alpen Route starts, but it’s actually a 40‑minute walk because the roads don’t run straight down to the station area. The house offers shuttle service to the station for a nominal fee, which is worth it since taxis are scarce and expensive. There are no convenience stores, only a few small shops and cafés around the station with limited hours, so planning ahead is essential.

My 17‑year‑old son was traveling alone for the first time, and the staff made him feel warmly watched over. They arranged a reliable pick‑up and drop‑off, and the meals were very tasty.

The setting in nature is lovely, friendly and family‑like, with a charming personal touch. The small baby‑friendly area is wonderful, and meal times are flexible. The food is good, with a vegetarian option available. The shower room is excellent, stocked with soap, shampoo, creams, etc., and there is laundry service. They provided useful local information and the option to be picked up at the station. The atmosphere is warm, and the luxurious Onsen is within walking distance. On the downside, urinals outside the toilets had to be passed. A large cat once became aggressive and was a bit of a nuisance. It seemed the son in the family needed more boundaries for his own sake and for guests, as he played a bit too wildly and got loud a few times.
