“Fab location. It’s ok if you’re not fussed about the facilities”
The only thing worth mentioning is the location. I felt the hotel was overhyped for the price I paid; I’ve stayed in better places around here. The room lacked basic extras like tissues, drinking glasses, sanitary bags, and the TV had no signal or PPV. After a night of room service, they swapped my towels for dirty, smelly ones – hygiene matters a lot to me. Everything else cost extra. I’d paid 25 euros for banners and balloons to be set up before we arrived, but they messed up the surprise and forgot the balloons. The small oversights just didn’t work for me.
The staff were courteous and the breakfast was great, but the beds were a bit uncomfortable with overly soft edges.
The stay was good, but I couldn’t get a late check‑out.
