The hotel is great—small but clean and comfy, and the staff were friendly at first. They gave us a back‑room with no street view, so I asked for a change and they swapped rooms right away. The new room was tidy and nice, and the location was excellent, so I enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the elevator, which was tiny, only fitting one bag and one person, and it moved slowly.

Very clean and comfortable, and the spot is perfect for seeing the sights. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, but it was fine for the few days we stayed.

Room was clean, shower gel was good, and the staff were adorable and helpful. The breakfast area lacked music, and the price was high, especially for long stays.

Spotless and cozy, with decent breakfast. The staff were outstanding and very helpful, especially two young women: one handled our check‑in because the first room we got was a cramped loft on the 6th floor with separate toilet and bath; she swapped us to a 5th‑floor room that was perfect. The second lady—maybe Lancy—helped arrange a taxi when we checked out. All the ladies at breakfast were great. The metro station is within walking distance, so the location is good. The only issue was the initial loft room, which was tiny with separate toilet and bath on different sides; we were lucky the desk lady on 26 Sep was professional and changed it immediately. That loft room isn’t suitable for couples.
