The room was very large and clean, but there was no coffee bar inside the hotel and nothing outside; the fridge bar was empty. There was no way to buy a bottle of water after hours, so I didn’t think I’d return. I had trusted Crown Plaza for its consistently high quality services.

The power outlets were faulty and the electricity kept cutting out, yet the staff kindly offered us a different room, which was nice.

The place went far beyond what I expected: a spacious, well‑equipped, elegant room, superb meals, and staff who were attentive, courteous and professional. Next time I’ll have to stay longer :D
