Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
We were there for about 5 hours and left at 3:30 AM to catch our flight; the reason I chose this hotel was its closeness to the airport, and it turned out to be a decent budget option. However, the bathroom cleanliness—especially the toilet—was lacking, and the flush didn’t work properly.

The hotel is near the airport, has strong AC, and the staff were friendly and helpful; I checked in at 3 AM. It’s a smoking room, which might not suit everyone, but it’s very inexpensive. I had read the reviews beforehand and knew what to expect. In Kolkata and across India, many “local” reviews seem to inflate ratings, so filter them from low to high. The photos don’t match the reality; the bathroom is tiny and grim. I only needed 8 hours between flights, so I wouldn’t have stayed longer. The sheets had rips and holes, and they cancelled my booking after I had already checked in and paid—probably to avoid commission or another bad review.

The location is good, but room service is poor and there are mosquitoes in the room.
