Everything was calm and comfortable, making me want to stay longer. If I ever go to Haridwar again, I’ll definitely book here. The staff’s hospitality was wonderful, the room was comfortable, and although the Ganga water flow was low, the balcony view was still the best. Thank you.

The staff were very cordial and helpful; when we had a medical issue at midnight they supported us so well that I can't expect that level from any hotel in India. The location sits on a narrow street, so driving your own car is restricted.

The location was superb, the staff were very good and always helpful, and the food quality was also good. The bed mattress needs improvement.
