The location and cleanliness were fine, but the manager was rude and when I told her the toilet wasn’t working she said she wasn’t a plumber and the owner wouldn’t hire one, so I was stuck in a room with no working toilet; at check‑in I called and they said 15 minutes, but I waited over 35 minutes only to find out they lived in the same property.

The place could feel cozy if it were fixed up, and the staff were friendly, but the AC unit didn’t work, they only had two fans, the sofa bed felt like an iron on your back, the loveseat was broken, and the kitchen ceiling light looked like it was about to fall.

The location was convenient, but the central AC never turned on and there were no window units; fans helped a bit but without ceiling fans there was no air circulation, so it was pretty hot at night; the toilet was dirty, the bathtub was an issue, kitchen light fixtures needed cleaning, spider webs were visible, and the living room carpet had noticeable tears and needed a thorough cleaning.
