The host was very helpful, her service was great, the stairs were surrounded by flowers that marked the entrance to the apartments, there was a large parking lot, and the place was close to the sea. The room was so small that it was hard to even fit a suitcase. I could hear constant noise, even at night, like a factory laundry, which made it difficult to sleep.

The location is good, right in the middle of Murter with plenty of restaurants and bars, and the view down the harbour is lovely. The balcony in the room was a nice bonus. The host said payment would be taken before arrival by bank transfer, but we weren’t asked for payment until we arrived and were told to pay only in cash. This disagreement went on for a few days into the holiday and caused problems for both sides, who didn’t want to incur any fees. Even though it was stated that bank transfer was required, the host wouldn’t accept it. In the end we agreed to pay half in cash and half by bank, which meant I had to pay withdrawal fees. I was then asked to pay their fees, which they would receive from the transfer, and I refused. After that, a few days after the payment had been made, the host messaged asking us to pay for our room again. I had to send screenshots of receipts that she had written out, claiming we hadn’t paid.

It’s close to the center, and parking is insured. It’s also close to the main road.

The owner cancelled the reservation 15 hours before check‑in. I had to cancel my trip and fight with unreachable customer service to get my money back.
