I arrived at 4 am expecting my room, but the staff didn’t assign me a room even though I had already paid; I had to leave the property and felt the entire evening was a waste of 1500 ₹.

The hotel was solid overall, with super comfy beds, helpful staff, and decent breakfast that could use a bit of polishing; I was satisfied with my stay. The only hiccup was the water supply in the bathroom, which cycled on and off during the night—three interruptions that made it hard to shower after my long journey, but it wasn’t a daily issue and could be fixed.
