The infinity pool was great, but they charge accommodation per head, not per room, and enforce strict limits on occupants. Kids are free, but breakfast isn’t; it costs 250 PHP per person (only silog meals). An extra person in the room costs 900 PHP each. We didn’t ask for an extra bed, yet they insisted we keep it in the room and pay for it even though we didn’t use it. Wi‑Fi was terrible; we couldn’t connect to any of the provided IDs, and even our own data didn’t work, so I couldn’t log in for work and had to tell my boss my laptop was broken. Free breakfast isn’t a buffet; you must choose from their silog menu. We also had to pay for the day pass for the driver(s), who could come in and out of the resort and swim until 6 pm.

The photos looked great, but when we arrived right before sunset they wouldn’t let us go outside to take pictures, even though many people were already on the beach. I asked for a beach‑view room, but there was literally no one available, so they charged me almost 50 % of the original cost, which I reluctantly paid. I wanted to toast with my girlfriend at sunset with a beer, but they sold no beer on the ground level, so I had to go upstairs for a drink, and they had no change at the bar. I tried to take photos from the second‑floor balcony, but the manager—apparently her boyfriend—refused to let me. She wouldn’t let me move to the spot where the sunset was, and I later discovered she was the manager who forbade me from taking sunset photos. The experience was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at; the manager’s disrespect and refusal to give her name made me feel unsafe. After voicing my complaints, I felt threatened by the staff and unsafe to stay. I asked for a refund, but they just laughed at me, saying I had only been there for less than an hour and hadn’t even unpacked. Because of the safety concerns, I left and found another hotel about two hours away that was much nicer. I ended up booking two hotels that night, as shown in my records. I would appreciate a full refund since I spent less than an hour there. I really wish they would remove this hotel from your website because their arrogance and rudeness do not belong on any travel platform.

I was pleased that every request I made was handled professionally, though the beach only allowed night swimming for safety, which we understood.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, being right next to the ocean was a dream come true. However, I have to say that I was a bit confused by the review that mentioned there was nothing not to like - I think that's a bit too glowing, but I did enjoy my stay. The proximity to the ocean made up for some minor issues I had.
