Very stylish and clean. The aircon and hot water broke down, and the owners were very apologetic. A fridge in the communal lounge would have been great to keep wine cool.

The renovation was impressive, and the staff at check‑in were very helpful and friendly. Even though there was no reserved parking, free parking spots were right nearby. The building feels very small; the stairs are awkward, narrow, steep, and hard to climb with a duffel or suitcase. The air‑conditioning didn’t work very well, so sleeping under the roof with those temperatures wasn’t very pleasant.

The room was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable with a lovely outdoor terrace. Free parking nearby was a great bonus. It’s about a 20‑minute walk from the town centre.

The property was beautifully decorated, with a spacious room, a wonderful terrace area, and fabulous amenities. It was well located, just a short walk into Lucca, and a supermarket was close by. Our flight was delayed, we arrived later than expected, and the host left us a hamper of bread and nibbles, which we really appreciated! Excellent value for money; we highly recommend it and hope to return.
