All the staff were great, very friendly, and helpful! The shower water pressure was poor, and the room air conditioner didn’t work well.

The room was quite comfortable and well equipped, and the continental breakfast was pretty good.

The breakfast was good. The staff—desk, housekeeping, etc.—were very nice and helpful. It was ideally located for us. FREE COFFEE!!!

The spot was convenient and the breakfast hit the mark. Everyone I met was friendly and did what they could to help. On the 3rd floor, the roof‑mounted air unit was loud and never stopped. The shower gel dispenser in my room was empty the first morning, and the rooms smelled sharp and chemical, probably from the air freshener.
