The villa is spectacular, but you can see the years passing and no money is spent on repairs. The furniture is very old, and the carpets look scary as if they might walk away on their own. The wood floor seems to have suffered from Fredy. Breakfast is always à la carte, but it’s always the same. The villa is huge and the views are incredible. The location isn’t bad. If the facilities were improved a lot, it would be a 10. I already mentioned this above.

The location offered great views, but the staff showed no enthusiasm—orders were taken and delivered with sour faces and no smiles. When I woke up, the infinity pool that should have been in my room was gone, and I also found an expired bar of soap left there.

The villa was quiet. One day is enough. It is far from everything, and there is no varied breakfast; the breakfast was bad.

The view of the sea from the cliff is amazing, and the staff is helpful and assists with every question and request. However, it was a Royal Villa and we paid a lot for it. The pool was dirty with a lot of sand at the bottom, the water recycling system didn’t work, and when we asked to activate it they said there was a problem and it wouldn’t work. There were openings in the pool like a jacuzzi that also didn’t work. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and weak. Hot water came on and off (sometimes cold, sometimes hot) and it was not enjoyable to shower. The faucet handles in the showers were uncomfortable and poorly positioned, and the sink drainage was bad. The air conditioners in the entire villa dripped on the floor, and in one bedroom the bedding got wet, the mattress had mold and a musty smell.
