Sometimes we can’t control broken things, so something may break; the staff stepped up to the task. I describe my visit and the room malfunction, for which I was automatically moved to another room of the same or higher standard. Thank you for the pleasant atmosphere and nice stay. Best regards.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious, the kids’ playroom was great, and the mountain view was lovely. However, there is pervasive black mold on the walls—especially under the shower and in the kids’ playroom.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, the sheets and towels were clean, the room was warm, and tea and coffee were available. I highly recommend it.
