The room was spotless and the staff were very helpful, but there was nothing particularly special about the stay.
Great if you’re looking to stay near the airport.
“Good for location”
No water unless you were a certain member rating. However they did bring some when asked. Expected a higher standard of room for the money but location was key. No Basics like water or bigger hospitality range such as coffee machine or larger selection of tea/coffee
“Fantastic”
The spot is excellent for Terminal 2, a bit farther for Terminal 3, and you can haul a luggage trolley straight to your room and check‑in without unloading; the 14th‑floor bar was great and the pub food was delicious.

The location is fine, but Hilton shouldn’t brand itself as Hilton Garden or anything else; there’s no water in the room unless you ask, no sleeper unless you ask, and the mini‑fridge is closed. I should have asked for details about this Hilton.
