The location is great—right on the river for rafting with a beautiful view—and the staff are very hospitable, but cleanliness and hygiene are the biggest issue; the room had dirty pillows and a duvet.

Good location near Lidder River, the rooms are spacious and attractive, and the front room offers a mountain view.

The rooms were spacious with good bathroom facilities, but there’s no lift to the 4th floor, the staff are completely untrained, I didn’t feel welcomed, reception behaved very casually, and the person answering the phone from the rooms had zero idea about local places or basic food options.
