The staff were lovely and the hotel was very close to the wedding venue we attended; no issues.

A charming rural inn with a well‑equipped room, conveniently located near the wedding venue at Cooling Castle Barns. We had no food beyond breakfast on Monday/Tuesday, and we were booked in on Monday, but the new pizza truck outside the inn on Monday night was a good compromise.

Our room was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and came with slippers, toothbrushes, and a choice of pillows, which was excellent; the light room had plenty of space and we felt very welcome, plus breakfast was great. We were disappointed we didn't get to stay for lunch, even though the food looked fabulous.
