The hallway and room both had a bad odor. The room lacked furniture, the TV didn’t work, and when I called the front desk, I was told maintenance would arrive after 45 minutes, but they never did. I went down to try to cancel my reservation.

The lady at the desk didn’t greet me at all, only asked if I had a reservation, and didn’t say thank you or anything when I left. I won’t stay here again.
