We didn't end up staying because the plumbing broke right when we arrived and nobody called to warn us. We waited outside for 45 minutes, no one came to check who we were or offer a drink. The host was rude, the outside was awful, and there was no sign pointing us in. After another 30‑40 minutes, someone called saying the issue was fixed and we could either stay or not pay – not the kind of treatment for people who already paid.
