The beds were comfy and the room had plenty of space, and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the kiddie pool was freezing, there was mold on the vent in our room, and the TV remote only worked sporadically. A hockey tournament on Saturday made the place noisy even after 11 pm.

The bed was comfortable and the room stayed clean. Unfortunately, the staff at check‑in came across as unfriendly, and the hotel didn’t provide coffee in the morning. We were disappointed because we had been looking forward to it before we left. Breakfast didn’t open until 7:00, so we couldn’t use the breakfast vouchers we’d paid for when we had to depart at 7:00.

Staff was decent and responsive. Found 2 oriental cockroaches in my room. Manager told me they were beetles when they in fact were not and only offered a 50% refund

The location and amenities were fantastic, but it felt a bit pricey.

Having a waterpark attached to the hotel was a nice bonus, but you had to go outside to use the stairs; the elevator was busy, so the stairs were faster, yet some of them required stepping outside.
