The location was good. However, although check‑in was at 3 pm, I arrived in town (off‑season) at 11 am, couldn't drop off my luggage or contact anyone. Entry required a code that could have been given earlier to free me from the bags. Communication was only via phone; there was no reception, let alone a front desk.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained with a modern, pleasant design that made us feel at home immediately. The wide spaces and a small terrace with a table and chairs were perfect for dining out from a nearby restaurant/bar/atelier (which was excellent). The cleanliness was outstanding. Right below there’s a convenient bar for aperitifs and breakfast. I recommend filling in your check‑in details beforehand to get the room access info and Wi‑Fi password, as there’s no field for it. We did that by reading old reviews and it worked great. The owner was extremely accommodating; we checked out late because the descent from the Monzesi Alpine Hut was slower than expected, and he was very kind and told us not to worry. We really appreciated that.

The place was decent overall, but the day was scorching, no AC, and the rooms stayed hot inside.

Check‑in was delayed and communicated only via WhatsApp; unfortunately the Vodafone network is completely absent in the area, but at least the bar stayed open. I’d suggest leaving the Wi‑Fi passwords on the door.
