The place was filthy—hair on the tub and floor when we arrived, the hotel looked neglected, towels were stained, every shower turned the room into a lake so you couldn't keep your feet dry, only the bed felt comfortable, and the staff were very cold. It really needs a thorough cleaning and a proper modernization.

The room was a decent size and in a good spot, but the sink didn’t work, everything was filthy, the place was rundown and falling apart, it reminded me of a cheap by‑the‑hour motel where people do drugs, they handed me two stained hand towels and no bath towels, so I left early and went elsewhere because it was that bad.

The spot is fantastic! The hotel is just steps from a shopping street full of restaurants, a friendly local vibe, and a lively street. Several tourist sites are walkable if you’re a good walker, or easily reachable by metro or bus, with stops less than 5 minutes from the hotel. I also really liked the quiet in the room. The receptionists are very friendly, helpful, and available. The air‑conditioner works well, which is especially nice when it’s very hot! The bedding (mattress, duvet, pillows) could be better. I hope the hotel takes this into account to improve guests’ sleep quality. There’s also a slight noise from the ventilation that can be annoying, especially the first few days when jet lag hits. If you’re noise‑sensitive, bring earplugs (thank me later!). Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the great location, room quietness, and staff kindness.

The place looks a bit run down; wallpaper is torn, the bathtub and appliances are worn, making it feel a bit sad. The location is not great.

I’m staying here for the second time. I like the hotel’s excellent location, the friendly staff, and I want to thank the Russian‑speaking staff member Dima. The hotel is quiet and clean. The linens are very clean. There is a luggage storage service. There is no laundry service. Below is a microwave, but no dishes for it.
