“Would only stay there if there was nowhere else to stay”

Breakfast was decent, but the rooms were outdated; although the room smelled fresh, I found dog bones in several areas that hadn’t been cleaned. The bathrooms were extremely small and the tub leaked water continuously.

“Our stay was medoucore mediocre”

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and courteous throughout our stay. Their customer service was definitely a positive aspect of our experience. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room as soon as we walked in, especially around the kitchen sink area. We also found dirty towels left behind the shower door, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The gym was another area that needs improvement. The equipment was outdated, and there was very little variety in the machines available. For a hotel of this standard, I expected the facilities to be cleaner and better maintained. Overall, the room cleanliness and condition of the fitness facility fell short of expectations. I hope management addresses these issues because they significantly affected our stay.

Breakfast was great, as was the staff. Having the linen changed when the room was clean was a minor issue.

“Best bang for your buck”

Everyone was really friendly. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, from the decor to other guests. Nothing. I actually got there early and the gentleman at the desk was able to get us into a room, and they were super friendly to our dog!
