Located 5 minutes from Gold Coast Airport and 1.5 km from Seagull's Club, it features an outdoor pool, barbecue facilities, and shaded car park. Non-smoking rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, and tea/coffee making facilities, with renovated bathrooms and free toiletries.

Nothing!! I booked and paid for a room, drove 280 km, and was told my information was incorrect and the booking had been cancelled. A rude man at reception wouldn’t accept my ID, claimed the booking was cancelled, and forced me to find other accommodation; I paid $536.36 for a non‑refundable one‑night stay and lost that money. The experience was awful while traveling in an unfamiliar area, and the poor public relations led to this bad review. After submitting my review on Friday 9 October, the next day I received a call from a private number claiming a lawyer would bring the matter to court on 20 October (Qld); failure to appear would result in a warrant for my arrest and extradition to Qld. The male receptionist refused to let me stay, told me I had to find alternative accommodation, and offered no chance to return. His reply to my review isn’t 100% factual, so be careful if you book this provider. I raised a claim, but they sided with the accommodation provider, not the traveller, so no refund on my $536.63 out‑of‑pocket expense—NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

The location is quiet, and there’s parking nearby. The nature and plants are well maintained, always clean and presented nicely. The place is pet‑friendly, and the pool is lovely. There’s a small hobby farm where you can feed animals and a nursery stocked with plants.

Very friendly staff made us feel welcome, the room was very clean and tidy, I loved the plants, but the door rattled with the wind.
