The location is convenient, right below a mall, so shopping and dining are easy. The staff are friendly, kind, and enthusiastic. A cleaning cart sometimes shows up in the hallway.

The spa’s magic mirror and the exercise bike were nice, yet at check‑in I was told there were no rooms left because of an overbooking and a guest extending their stay, so they offered me a standard room, suggested I cancel, and left me to sort it out myself.

The hotel sits right by the Wing Tung bus stop and next to a large shopping mall. The breakfast was dull, there was no shaver in the room, and the room wasn’t as large as I expected, so it didn’t feel worth the price. I asked for a late check‑out, but was only granted an extra hour; the pool denied me entry because I didn’t have my cap, and it would have been better if the hotel had notified us of this rule when we booked.
