“Como en casa”

The staff—Paola, Katerina, and Dragos—went above and beyond all the time, making us feel very welcome. They did things we never imagined, like finding a beauty salon for my wife and taking her there personally. They explained the hair needs to the owner in her language. They did the same for me when I needed an ATM. We felt at home. Security is excellent, but you have to memorize or write down a protocol to enter or exit; if you’re late and forget a password, you must call their number. Other than that, everything was perfect.

“Perfect hotel for city break”

Very central (15‑20 minute walk to the metro). The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a new bathroom featuring a powerful shower, A/C, and plenty of storage. The staff were friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast once because we left early for trips, but they gave us a takeaway bag with water and snacks. The hotel’s next door is a beautiful restaurant that needs a reservation, and there’s a handy supermarket for morning coffee and pastries to take away.

“Perfecta estancia”

Excellent location and the staff’s service is a 10. Nothing else.
