This place was a total letdown. The "free WiFi" and "special diet menus" they advertised were nowhere to be found - we had to search the town for food, including breakfast. The "shared kitchen" was only available at limited hours and with a bad attitude from staff. And don't even get me started on the cleaning - we stayed six nights and the room was only cleaned twice, with towels changed once, which meant they were soggy after the first use.

The setting is gorgeous and it really feels like home here, with super friendly staff - Alfonso, Dairony, and Mile were all great. The only downside was the rain - I mean, I know that's just nature, but it would've been nice to have a few sunnier days. Still, it's hard to complain about much when the vibe is this good.
