“Vacaciones arruinadas”
Nothing good. It was undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. From the moment we arrived they assured us the air conditioning worked, but it never cooled the room. We were traveling with two small children and the situation was unbearable. We endured extreme heat throughout the stay, with my kids sweating nonstop and unable to rest. The only solution they offered was very old fans that barely moved air. Later they moved us to another room, but the problem was exactly the same: the air conditioning didn’t work there either. What annoyed me most was the feeling that they were buying time instead of fixing the issue. I went to reception several times to ask for a refund and to leave, because with two small children it was impossible to continue. They told me that because I booked via Booking, they couldn’t refund me and I had to handle it with the platform. I even requested a complaint sheet. Only then did they send a technician, who checked the unit and told us to wait because it had just turned on and needed time. However, after waiting, the room was still just as hot. Additionally, the cleaning was very poor. When we entered the room we found sand and dirt on the floor, and there were ants behind the desk. We asked for it to be cleaned, but when we returned almost everything was still the same. Another detail that made us distrust was that all the hotel windows remained open constantly. If the climate system had been working correctly, it is hard to understand why it was necessary to keep them open that way. In short, it was a ruined vacation due to lack of solutions, unbearable heat, and service that did not live up to the situation. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families with children.
