The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Grape Bay Beach and 14 km from Horseshoe Bay. Rooms feature sea views, air-conditioning, and private bathrooms, while the family-friendly restaurant serves international cuisine for lunch and dinner.

The views were amazing, there were four pools, staff were helpful and friendly, and the on‑site restaurant was excellent; however, the original ground‑floor oceanfront room had an overgrown hedge blocking the view, so we were moved to a beautiful first‑floor room on the second day, and construction is currently happening on site.

We appreciated being right on the ocean front with a private beach and a modern property. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the nightly rate after all fees was absurdly high for what the hotel offered. The room was cramped, the bathroom had a fully glass wall and door, and the shade that could be lowered was annoying to operate each time. There was no desk or surface for work or writing. The grounds were small and mediocre. We had arranged a pick‑up from the airport, yet the hotel failed to deliver. Other guests agreed the price was steep and customer service—from the front desk to the restaurant—was lacking. The location is great if you stay on the property, but it sits on the remote side of the island, forcing you to pay $50–$60 extra for taxis to and from the restaurant. The salt‑water pool by the beach was covered in slimy algae on every surface, making it unsafe to walk in. We’ve stayed in Hamilton many times before, and the convenience there is much better.
