“My stay would have me rethink whether to stay at Cotton Tree Inn Best Western ever again!”
I was in a hurry because of a broken toe and had asked for ground‑level accessible parking, but the front desk associate didn’t read the check‑in instructions and checked in another guest a minute before I could even park and get to the lobby. The staff couldn’t figure out how to change my reservation or tell the other guest that the error was theirs, so I asked to speak to the manager and he only offered a $25 nightly comp. The overall experience was tough because of the distance, parking, and bad weather, and I’m not sure I’d book here again. The check‑in process and breakfast were also poor; babies were crying and there was barely any private seating.
