The room was really nice and the breakfast was good! The staff were friendly. The check‑in computer thing was kind of weird.
“It was a dump with poor service”
The area was fine and there was a fire pit. However, no one ever knocked on our door to offer towels or assistance, and when we asked, nobody was around. We never received fresh sheets, and breakfast was a poor mix of cereal, burnt coffee, and nasty scrambled eggs that were left in the heater without being changed.
“We didn’t even stay. Dropped the keys back off and left.”
There is no elevator. Opening the door to our room revealed a terrible smell, so we never stayed. I dropped the keys at the front desk and left.
“Descent”
The breakfast lacked hot options, meats, or eggs—only a waffle maker, yogurt, and toastable bread were offered. Though they had pans for more food, none was provided.
“You get what you pay for”
The price was incredibly affordable and the bed was comfortable. Our door had a crack in the seam so we could hear everything going on in our room. We inquired about a crib 3 times before arriving. We were rerouted via phone several times and no answer. We went in person, it was managed by a person not there so when we asked they said they had to call the people at the hotel we were at and then they would call us. That never happened. It was 7 pm by the time they told us if they had a crib and they didn’t. An alarm in the room was preset for 6 AM and there is no elevator
