The staff were wonderful, helpful, responsive, smiling, and always listening. The room did not match the description on Booking at all; the bed was tiny, there was no way to cook because there was no plate, glass, cutlery, or stove, the host’s Wi‑Fi was spotty, and the internet was unreliable.

Wifi didn’t work at first; after many attempts we finally connected. The breakfast was not nice.

The location was convenient and the room itself was generally fine. I appreciated that a late check‑out until 10:00 PM was available for an extra fee, which made my departure day easier. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the TV at all during my stay because of technical problems with the TV/Sky signal, an issue that could not be resolved and was disappointing. The overall service could have been better, and these problems negatively affected my stay.
