The property is permanently closed, a sign says so. They took my money, we turned up. Deserted. Calls not answered. Tried contacting Booking….that was a palaver…. Still waiting for confirmation that my money will be returned. Avoid avoid avoid. At this rate too!!!!. It wasn’t open!!!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service, made a complaint, still waiting for the manager to respond, have messaged several times, and have been ignored; would never book again!

Lovely location, nice rooms and excellent food and drink. Restaurant is a little understaffed at times
