Showed up for our 2 confirmed rooms.and we're told by the female individual at the check-in desk thst they did not have 2 rooms available for us due to overbooking. She went on to say that her Manager regularly allowed overlooking and did so because he wanted to have ensure 100% occupancy at all times. See above

The staff were very kind and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we entered and also when we left.

Decent food was served, but on both days we had to wait for more dishes to be added to the serving pans, so we ended up grabbing breakfast before our event.

The place was nice and clean, but the doors kept malfunctioning.
