The location is great, close to the Pernambuco convention center, the street is quiet, and the accommodation was clean.
Owner answered all my questions fast. The place had plenty: pots, microwave, iron, cutting board, TV, Wi‑Fi, plates, cutlery, coffee filter, vegetable grater, pans, and even things like matches, salt, oil, toilet paper, bottled water for sale which was handy because we arrived late. AC worked great, everything was clean, organized, and clearly marked. A bakery is just a two‑minute walk, the market is on the back street, and there’s a water‑tank shop on the same street.

Breakfast isn’t included, but the convenience, location, service, and everything else make up for it. At that price, a breakfast would be too much. If you bring your own food, the kitchen is ready to cook.
