The cleanliness and warmth of the floor, a comfortable location, and proximity to the beach were great. The distance to the train station was a downside: 10 minutes on foot, and rain fell from the upper floor.

Being close to the race track and the city centre of Zandvoort was convenient, but it was far enough not to hear the late-night festivities. The stairs were a bit of a hassle.

The place was quiet yet close to the center, and the bed slept well. It was a shame that this room had that issue. This is really not a hotel at all – dusty, old, shabby, the room was dim, the bathroom and toilet barely separated. Reception was empty before closing time, the TV barely showed anything, and there was no breakfast. For this (far too high!) price you should book something else!
