The first front‑desk associate was very nice and helpful and even offered a refund when I wasn’t able to get a rollaway bed. The second associate flatly refused to comply and was rude. I had booked a rollaway days in advance; when I arrived it was in a different room, the front desk said they would locate it or issue a refund. The second front‑desk staff member said he wouldn’t refund the room, and the rollaway was given to another room after I requested it.

The location is fine. The parking lot has people drinking and smoking pot, employees sit on the counter, someone clearly on drugs is in the lobby, the ice machine is broken, etc.

The location was wrong. Said 5 miles from what I put in for location. Was the 1st place that came up on the site. It was 50 mile drive around a lake to get to it. Never made it to the hotel. Was too far away. The distance from my search location could have been correct
