The hotel is in a convenient spot and the breakfast was decent. However, a £50 damage deposit still shows on my statement three weeks later, and it took almost a month to resolve a parking issue. I couldn’t reach the head office at Accor, and the hotel’s layout is confusing; we were on the third floor and the corridors looked like they needed a structural engineer.

The location was fine, but the hotel was noisy, especially at night because of loud pubs outside. I had to switch rooms, which took a long time, and the staff were not very helpful.

I didn’t like anything about the stay. The room was cramped and dirty, the mini‑bar was empty and unclean. The whole place felt grubby, the bathroom was awful with a shower in the bath and an old, dirty curtain, paint was peeling, and the overall vibe was sad—nothing like the photos. There was a bar area, but no staff were around, just a sad scene.
