The room was comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and Carola was a lovely girl! She went out of her way to give us all the information we needed to make our stay smooth. She was also very sweet with our 4‑year‑old daughter, handing her markers to color! We, and our daughter, appreciated her a lot. We’ll definitely come back! We were very happy.

The bed was comfortable and the terrace was beautiful; the breakfast was hearty, and the family that runs it is great. The only drawback was that the breakfast area is right in front of the rooms, so when neighbors eat you can hear everything.

The landscape was beautiful and the building was nice. But as older people we found the many stairs too much.

The property was all about peace and silence in the whole area. Because we’re retirees, the stairs are a bit uncomfortable. I would have liked a handrail.

This is a villa owned by elderly hosts, you feel like you are at your grandmas comfortable house. Everybody who wants to move away from cities mess, this is the right choice. Just around 30 km far from Rome center, very easy to access. The room is very comfortable, quiet, berakfast is very well, even the host asked me what time i would prefer to have the breakfast in the morning. Villa also has large garden and a small pool with fish and most importantly equipped with a swimming pool. Nothing
