It’s very new, clean, and modern, and I loved the villa, but across all their Ericeira locations I encountered many Zionists and didn’t feel safe or comfortable in that community; if you oppose genocide and don’t want to be triggered by their bold and provocative remarks, stay away, because they were present at every site and event I visited.

The facilities are the best; sharing the common areas with others made it different from what I’m used to, but the distance to the center is 20 minutes on foot with many inclines—normal walking, though we imagined it was to allow space for parking—and we’d have preferred being closer to the downtown area.

The newly built house is great, staff were helpful, and the location offers a good panorama. However, if you dislike walking up steep roads and staying away from the center, the location is not ideal.
