Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location is excellent. The staff is very kind. The food is excellent. The bathroom is very narrow, a chair is needed inside the room, and it’s very expensive!!!

The location is good. The value for money is poor.

The food was tasty, the rooms were spotless and came with great amenities, but the jacuzzis never warmed up and the staff were very rude when I asked about it; plus the prices were outrageous—16,000 pesos for a bottle of water is insane.

It was an astonishing, wonderful place, though a few clients behaved badly, which had nothing to do with the staff.

Everything looked great, but in the room you can hear the other room, which I didn’t like; the prices were too high, they charge tourist rates!
