The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and well decorated. From the windows you could see the sea and the fruit trees they grow. The room had a fridge, a coffee maker, and a kettle, and the bed was very comfortable. You could park your car on the property without any issues. Saverio was very pleasant and attentive throughout, recommending restaurants and places to visit. He also has an adorable son <3. We extended our stay by one more day because we were so comfortable. It’s very well located.

“Struttura nuovissima e moderna”

For a last‑minute weekend plan, we found a wonderful coincidence: the chance to meet and stay in Bellaria. The host, Saverio, welcomed us with kindness and cordiality. The property is beautiful, clean, new, with parking available, and from the triple room you can enjoy a view of the sea and a stretch of the gods’ coast. The excellent breakfast was served at tables outside with a lovely view. Convenient for reaching the beautiful beach towns and/or for a short cruise to the Aeolian Islands. Impeccable in every way.

The owner was super sweet, always chatting with us on WhatsApp and letting us stay in the room after check‑out to enjoy coffee in peace; he also gave us free cornettos, the best ones I’ve ever had – light and fluffy.

The place sits in a strategic spot for reaching the main sights and has a very convenient internal parking. We chose the balcony room with sea view. It’s spacious, livable, with a private shower bathroom and a small bar corner where you can make coffee and tea for free. There’s also a large sea‑view terrace for breakfast, which offers a varied spread of sweet and savory foods and occasionally fruit picked by the owner from his own plants. The owner proved to be very helpful in ensuring maximum comfort and all amenities.
