The price was right, but the place was disturbingly dirty with piles of dirt in the corners; my feet turned black after walking barefoot on the floor, and I counted 23 burn holes in just my side of the bedspread. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time I stay in the Niantic area.

I liked the old TV game show vibe of The Price Is Right…! The location was convenient with Stop & Shop, Burger King, and Dunkin' Donuts nearby, and Flanders Plaza was only about 3–4 miles away, offering the Golden Arches, CVS, and an IGA grocery store among others. The ice machine was missing on the second floor, or at least I couldn’t find one during my stay, and the room lacked a mini‑fridge and microwave.

The location was good and the staff friendly; everything was very clean, but the mattresses were not great and the coffee was definitely not great.
