The accommodation was perfect, super clean and organized, yet during the two days I stayed the furniture was being moved for cleaning and new guests, starting at 8:00 on Saturday and already at 6:30 on Sunday the noise was absurd enough that I had to call reception to complain, then it stopped and started again at 8:00 until 9:00.

The hotel is close to many restaurants and the breakfast is very good and varied, but the check‑in via Gov makes the entry process very complicated and slow.

The room was spacious and quiet, the bed was very comfortable along with the towels, the bathroom was also comfortable with an efficient shower and good ventilation, and the room cleaning and arrangement were perfect; the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast which was good, varied, and tasty most of the time. The main complaint was the reception team, who, with few exceptions, were not friendly or helpful; in the few interactions I had they showed little willingness, and the biggest aggravating detail was the lack of smiles, which I consider essential when welcoming guests, except for the staff who assisted us at check‑out.
