Still, the lack of connectivity and unhelpful staff might be a deal-breaker for some people.

The hotel itself is a mixed bag. On the plus side, the rooms are immaculately clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus. However, the service is where things really fall apart – I'm talking about the complete lack of response from room service, no matter how many times you try calling. It's frustrating to have such a basic need go unmet, especially when you're paying for it.

I was really impressed with the hotel's breakfast spread - they had a great selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. However, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a shopping mall nearby, which would've made it easier for me to grab some essentials or do some shopping. Overall, the hotel itself was great, but I think it would've been even better with some nearby shopping options.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff seemed friendly enough when I first booked. But things took a turn for the worse when I showed up at the door. They claimed they had overbooked and denied me admission, even though I had confirmation from them just hours before.

The hotel itself was a great find, with a fantastic location and a really affordable price tag. However, things started to go downhill when it came to the service. The staff at reception looked like they were still trying to figure out how to do their jobs, and their communication skills left a lot to be desired. We had to ask multiple times about how to pay for breakfast, which was either going to be charged to our room or not, depending on who we spoke to.
