“Extremely run down”

The bed was decent and the room stayed quiet, and the front desk and maintenance staff were friendly. A kitchenette with a full‑size fridge was included, but the elevator and hallways were dirty, the light fixtures lacked bulbs, and a bathroom hinge was loose so the door wouldn’t close. A previous tenant’s soap bar sat in the bathtub—was the tub even cleaned? Walls needed new paint, the kitchenette cabinets looked 50 years old, and the electric stove burners were all rusted out, with no coffee machine available.

“Economical yet Nasty”

The location was good, and the person on duty was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional, and the huge suite was impressive. However, a smell hit me as soon as I entered, and the online pictures were dated and looked nicer than the reality of the old, sunken couch. The luggage cart was filthy, rooms were cleaned only every 14 days, and a fresh towel incurred a charge. Both washers were broken, leaving only one dryer, and the vending machine sold a beverage for $4.18.

“Pretty awful. If they don’t give a refund or discount this is messed up.”

Nothing positive to mention. The room smelled like smoke, pillows and sheets were stained, and bed bugs were present—just nasty. We had no choice but to stay because we needed to be there for work; I’m pregnant, with a baby, and it was just nasty.
