“Not worth it”
The balcony offered a nice view, the rooftop view was pleasant, and the food was good. However, the room wasn’t what the picture showed – it was a plain room with no paintings, colourful pillows, or special bed sheets; everything felt like a typical hotel. There was no buffet at dinner time; only a few items were available, which wasn’t worth paying for. I discussed this with the receptionist at check‑in, and she said it was based on customer footfall. Breakfast had a buffet too, but only a few items were offered, again not worth the cost. The receptionist and kitchen staff seemed to disagree about what was on the menu – the menu shown at check‑in didn’t match what was served. I called reception twice for a blanket because my mom felt cold, but they didn’t bring one, which was disappointing.
